Certified instructor Level 1, she now shares her passion by teaching the Skills 1 classes. Her goal? To help you gain confidence on skates and discover the joy of skating with fun and kindness!
Haley
Instructor: ice skating, artistic skating. Jam Master.
Haley can’t remember a time when she wasn’t on skates! She grew up learning to ice skate on homemade backyard rinks, spent her youth as a competitive figure skater, and later started performing as a professional ice dancer.
In 2022, she laced up her first pair of quads and instantly fell in love with the fun, challenge, and vibrant community of roller dance.
With over a decade of experience teaching movement-based disciplines (including skating, acro yoga, cross-country skiing, and climbing) Haley has a deep and diverse coaching background. For her, skating is the perfect blend of technical precision, creativity, playfulness, and good vibes.
Ary
Jam Master.
In the midst of a pandemic, just arrived from Mexico, Ary was looking for a way to break her isolation. She got herself a pair of skates, learned on her own in the streets... and discovered Kozmic's classes in La Fontaine Park. Since then, she's never looked back.
Ary was one of the very first members of Skatespace. In four years, skating has given her much more than she imagined: great friendships (mission accomplished!), a passion for flow and rolling challenges, and a ton of memorable experiences... all thanks to a "brand-new pair of roller skates".
Always ready to cheer others on, and share what she knows, Ary loves helping skaters gain confidence, find their style, and skate their hearts out.
